Privacy Policy
SecureGPT is built on a simple principle: if we never have your data, we can never misuse it. This policy explains what that means in practice.
DATA COLLECTION
We collect nothing
SecureGPT does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. There are no accounts, no emails, no phone numbers, and no device identifiers. We do not use analytics SDKs, session tracking, or fingerprinting of any kind.
MESSAGE HANDLING
Messages are processed in memory and discarded
When you send a message, it is encrypted on your device before transmission, processed by the AI model on the server, and the response is streamed back. Once the response is sent, both the message and response are immediately discarded from server memory. There is no database, no log file, and no backup.
ON-DEVICE STORAGE
Chat history stays on your phone
All conversation history is stored locally on your device in a sandboxed JSON file. It is never uploaded, synced, or backed up to any server. Deleting a conversation removes it permanently — there is no recovery mechanism because there is no server-side copy.
AI PROCESSING
Open-source models on trusted, eco-friendly servers
SecureGPT is powered by open-source models including Mistral, LLaMA, and other community-driven alternatives — hosted on trusted, eco-friendly servers located in Canada and the EU. Your messages are processed ephemerally and immediately discarded. No prompts, responses, or metadata are ever stored or used for model training.
COOKIES & TRACKING
None
This website and the SecureGPT app do not use cookies, tracking pixels, advertising identifiers, or any form of behavioral tracking. There is no remarketing, no audience building, and no data shared with advertisers.
CHILDREN
Not directed at children
SecureGPT is not directed at children under 13. Since we collect no personal data, we do not knowingly collect information from children.
CHANGES
Updates to this policy
If this privacy policy changes, the updated version will be posted here. Since we collect no data, changes are unlikely to affect you materially.
